I've been looking at the #68892 HF cycle elevator for several years now and finally picked 1 up today at $299+ revenue enhancement, only won't get together it until afterward this year.
The older I get, the more inviting a lift becomes. I'k retired now and so in one case information technology is ready will stay in that location for the rest of my lifetime.I doubt anybody at HF could answer what is the deviation betwixt this model and the #69904, ATV/Motorbike Lift that they besides offer.
I may phone call them anyway, only to meet if anybody has any idea.
looking at the HF adds, the difference is left or right placed foot pedals.

Alright, I got information technology working today! The ST has accomplished lift-off.
I read a thread on another site that suggested fully extending the jack several times to work the air out of the organisation. And it worked. Now I tin enjoy winter a bit more as I tinker on the cycle. Thanks for the aid.
Looking at your picture it looks like you don't have your safety bar fully pushed in . I saw a post on some other board where your type of rubber bar bent when the elevator was lowered down hard. The writer had a vintage gold wing on the elevator. Just be cautious and lower the elevator onto the prophylactic bar gently.
With that said, I accept non had a problem with my HF lift in the eight years I have owned mine.

One matter I did was to replace the tire chock. I picked up a Wheel Gear one that holds the wheel up. A bit of a pia getting it dorsum out of the chock, but I don't accept to worry about the cycle tipping on me when putting information technology on the lift.
The chock comes off easily for when I have front end piece of work to do, ii bolts are all belongings it on.
Next I'grand going to pickup some cheapy straight ramps and brand them removable extendors for when I ride the bike upwards or walk it off the lift, I'll have more foot contact with the elevator.

I see they changed the location of the pedals on the lift you have equally compared to mine. Mine are on the left too just at the front.
I ever have my release pedal off then I don't inadvertently stride on it. You will enjoy it for certain. There are much nicer ones out there but the HF gets the job done.
