Okay, this is the current state.

I got dolphin, it works fine, it tin can open .iso games, only the big trouble is with wads.

I did alot of annoying steps with NUS downloader, and was able to make the "Load Wii system carte du jour" feature work, and and so I tried to work my Pokemon Battle Revolution.wad to piece of work by going to the "Load Wii system card" and choosing it.

The problem is, when I select, Pokemon Battle Revolution, dolphin crashes.

...Am I missing something?...

Thank you in advance :)

Uh ... Pokémon Battle Revolution as a .wad ?

.....What's your point? is in that location anything wrong with that?... I would give you lot a download link to testify it if you're doubting, but posting rom/iso/wad, etc download links isn't allowed on this site =/

My point is, it's supposed to be a disc game, hence, NOT a .wad. So unless you meant another game/format, I kinda concur doubts about this file.

Don't y'all guys think yous're getting a little off track? I oasis't gotten a unmarried respond for my problem...

And Fyrus, I DO mean Pokemon boxing revolution and I DO mean .wad, I was able to make "Pokemon Rumble.wad" work before, but that's kinda out of the loop, it's size is way dissimilar from other wads...

Fyrus, please exercise me a favor and larn a bit more than about what files dolphin tin read (no offence).

@Bladexdsl : I asked for solutions to my problem, Non for you to make up one's mind stupid things -.-

...Just so you know

Pokémon Rumble IS Non Pokémon Battle Revolution
One is a WiiWare championship, coming on a .wad format, the other is a retail disc, and SHOULD come in a .iso format.

Exercise me a favor and re-read your posts.

That'due south what I become for being concerned about suspicious files ...

Wow, judge you lot turned out more knowledgeable than me, huh? although it may make me seem similar an extreme noob, I never knew in that location was a difference between a Wii retail game and a WiiWare game :shy:

Merely even though that'southward true and it does start to seem suspicious, I was able to find lots of Wii games that are in .WAD format, Legend of Zelda twilight princess being an instance.

Fyrus, delight do me a favor and learn a bit more than about what files dolphin can read (no offence).

^ Distressing about that :shy:

I never heard of retail games going to .wad format as of at present, neither does it prove upwardly on my download sources as this.
Most retail games comes out every bit .iso, or equally .wbfs, hence why those .wad seems suspicious to me.

My bespeak wasn't to brand you look like an idiot, just to make you empathize that. Since you lot managed to kicking 1 "legit" .wad successfully (Rumble), information technology look similar it'due south these .wad that are faulty, and practise not contain any game.

...Speaking of which...Wouldn't those .wad be really ... channels ? How heavy are those ?

Yes, now that you lot mention it, they're the ones that seem out of the loop, the normal iso would usually be at an boilerplate of 4 GB, while my pokemon battle evolution wad is only 700 KB....pretty odd....

BUT, although they're sucpicious, I asure you that they do contain the game. I checked a list of Wii games that you lot can go in .wad format ....and it also had "aqueduct forwarders" or something like that, non sure what hose are though...

...And pokemon battle revolution is on that listing.

I'm not really a pro with Wii, homebrewing, and wads (I'k more of an NDS game hacker), and so I don't know what a channel is and what it'south used for, just I judge I'll notice what it means if it'due south important in solving my effect..

...I experience like such a noob X_X ....

Yep, at present that yous mention information technology, they're the ones that seem out of the loop, the normal iso would usually be at an average of 4 GB, while my pokemon boxing development wad is only 700 KB....pretty odd....

Just, although they're sucpicious, I asure you that they do contain the game. I checked a list of Wii games that you can arrive .wad format ....and it as well had "channel forwarders" or something like that, not certain what hose are though...

...And pokemon battle revolution is on that list.

I'm not really a pro with Wii, homebrewing, and wads (I'm more of an NDS game hacker), then I don't know what a aqueduct is and what it'south used for, just I guess I'll discover what it means if it's of import in solving my effect..

...I feel like such a noob X_X ....

these are Not games merely forwarders to the games you have on you HDD, probably made with Crap/Loadstuctor, you tin can install the channel and it uses the configured USB Loader to boot the game off the HDD, presuming y'all have the game on your HDD to start with

The can ONLY be used with the Wii, a little more inquiry and less bitching would do some good IMHO

Hullo friends!!!

Here is the List of all the Wii games - Channel forwarder[In this download] to be installed VIA Wad Manager on your console. This will add a channel on your Wii Carte du jour{uses 5-9 blocks of your panel's internal memory}.These channels accept been created using Loadstructor for games to be booted from your HDD.
All these aqueduct WADS have been tested working on an NTSC-U 4.1 panel and I take fabricated these Region Free using FreeTheWads software. And then its safety to install on any region console.
Enjoy!!!

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I started thinking of forwarders as well, hence why I asked for the sizes.

Though, I don't know if that link is immune, you might desire to remove information technology before a mod see it.

Information technology's probably a forwarder, in which case it would be useless to Dolphin, even if it worked.
